Don't yell 'fire' in a crowded brain

T W E N T Y - S I X - L E T T E R S
My grandma once had a great explanation for a recent dilemma I seem to be facing. Those moments when there is entirely too much in our heads. She said that all those thoughts and things were crowding the 'exit' of our brains. When we get overwhelmed, rushed, or panicked to get our thoughts out, or the things on our lists done, it actually feels like nothing gets done. So, like the fire drills from when we were kids, slow down, calm down, and handle one thought, one thing, at a time.

Oh, yeah, and Thanksgiving is one week from tomorrow.
